Programmes and locations are adapted throughout the year to work with the seasons and stay connected to nature to maximise the mental health benefit.
Breathe Outside is a Community Interest Company (CIC). The primary aim of the organisation is to benefit the overall health and wellbeing of local communities by improving mental and physical health outcomes with physical activity in green spaces.
As a CIC, Breathe Outside returns any financial profits to the company, further investing in resources to reach more people in the community who can benefit.
